We offer various packages to enhance your social media presence, including but not limited to increasing followers, likes, views, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. All services are delivered as described on our website at the time of purchase.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access some of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
- Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Ensure your social media account is public and accessible for service delivery. We are not liable for any service disruptions caused by private, restricted, or inaccessible accounts.
4. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
All services are offered on a pre-paid basis. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price at checkout.
- Payments: We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal as indicated on our website. All transactions are securely processed through our payment providers.
- Wallet Credits: Refunds and referral bonuses are issued as wallet credits that can be used for future purchases on our platform.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once an order is placed and service delivery has begun. If we are unable to deliver the service as promised, a full or partial refund may be issued as wallet credit at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order placement.
- Disputes: Filing a dispute or chargeback without first contacting us for resolution will result in the immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from our services.
5. Service Delivery
Services are fulfilled manually by our team during Phase 1 of our platform. Delivery times may vary based on order volume and complexity:
- Most orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
- You can track your order status through your account dashboard.
- We will notify you via email when your order status changes.
- Delivery speed depends on the service type and quantity ordered.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Promoting content that is hateful, defamatory, obscene, violent, or discriminatory.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, scams, or deceptive practices.
- Using our services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person or entity.
- Violating any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of a third party.
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Social media platforms may remove accounts, content, or engagement at their discretion, and we are not responsible for such losses. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to provide high-quality services, results may vary based on factors beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Social Followers, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. We are not responsible for any account suspension, content deletion, or policy changes by any social media platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn wallet credits by referring new users. Credits are issued after your referred user completes their first paid order. Referral credits can be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn as cash. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral system will result in account suspension.
10. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
